About Us

Sandeeep is an Indian filmmaker, writer, and editor who discovered his passion for filmmaking during his undergraduate Mass Communication studies in Pune. He started with short films and then pursued a Direction course at India's prestigious film institute, FTII, Pune.

Sandeeep's approach to filmmaking involves thorough research and exploration of different stories to inspire the audience and drive action.

He has directed a short documentary called "Prayas - An Attempt" which raised awareness about mask usage during the COVID-19 pandemic, collaborating with journalists, school principals, and local politicians. He has also directed a documentary titled "A Shimmering Art" that sheds light on the struggles of gold artisans trying to preserve their traditional art in the face of machine-made imitations.

In addition to his feature work, Sandeeep has directed a teenage coming-of-age drama that is currently in post-production. He has also written, edited, and directed twenty short ads for Pratilipi, an Indian online self-publishing and audiobook portal company, as well as Pratilipi comics. Sandeeep's work showcases his passion for storytelling, social issues, and preserving traditional arts through the medium of filmmaking.

Prateek Bhoyar is an Indian filmmaker, writer, and Producer who collaborated with Sandeep while studying at FTII, Pune on various short film projects. Together, they ventured into documentary filmmaking, exploring regional stories and the rhetorical struggle of the environmental movement.

Their work is characterized by aesthetically innovative and socially challenging practices, using documentary practice to express desires and frustrations for social change.

Prateek's filmography includes the short film "A Day Under Sky," which was nominated for several international film festivals including Boston, and Melbourne, and also won at the Bengaluru Film Festival in 2023.

He also worked on 10 ads for Pratilipi and Pratilipi Comics App, and directed a 15-minute fiction film titled "Ghayta."
